Step-by-step setup
Open the LG Content Store
Press Home, open the LG Content Store, move to Apps and use the search field.
Install a player
Search for "IPTV Smarters Player", "iPlayTV" or "GSE Smart IPTV". Smarters is free; the other two carry a one-off price. Ignore anything called TiviMato or Tivimax, which are not TiViMate and not worth your money.
Enter your Nartiel8k details
Name the profile anything, then enter the username, password and the server URL complete with http:// and its port, exactly as they appear in your message. Tap Add User.
Watch
Once it comes back up the box loads the full channel list with its own built-in guide. The coloured buttons on the remote handle favourites and the EPG.
Common errors and fixes
Stream shows a black screen with sound
That is a decoder mismatch rather than a broken stream. Switch the player to native or hardware decoding in the app settings, or pick the lower-bitrate version of the channel, which we carry for most sports feeds.
