Step-by-step setup
Find the MAC address
It is printed on the label underneath the box, and also under Settings, About device. On a MAG it begins 00:1A:79. Send it to us on WhatsApp.
MAG: enter the portal URL
Navigate to Settings, System settings, Servers, Portals. Name Portal 1 whatever you like, paste in the portal address we sent, save, and restart the box.
Formuler: use MyTVOnline
Open MyTVOnline 2 or 3 and choose Add Portal, giving it a name and the portal address. Alternatively pick Xtream Codes and use your normal login. Formuler will also run Android players such as TiViMate if you prefer one.
Watch
After the restart the box loads the 25,000+ channels with the built-in guide. Use the remote colour buttons for favourites and the EPG.
Common errors and fixes
Portal shows "STB blocked" or a blank screen
Either the MAC has not been activated yet, or a character was mistyped when it was sent. Photograph the MAC label and send the picture to support; it is usually corrected within a few minutes.

Is a MAG box better than a Firestick for IPTV?
For day-to-day use, a MAG or Formuler gives you a better remote, a faster guide and no sideloading ever, but it costs $120 to $180. A Firestick does most of the same work for $30 to $50. Buy the box if this is the main television and you want it to feel like a set-top box; buy the stick otherwise.
