Step-by-step setup
Find the Xtream option in your app
IPTV Smarters labels it "Login with Xtream Codes API", TiViMate calls it "Xtream Codes login", and most others shorten it to "Xtream" or "API".
Enter the server URL
Give the full address, http:// included, with the port on the end, in the shape http://example.com:8080. Nothing goes after the port number.
Enter username and password
Take both straight from the WhatsApp message and mind the capitals, since they are case sensitive. The profile name is yours to choose and affects nothing.
Save and let it sync
Channels, on-demand titles and the guide download on their own. Those same three values will set up any other device later without asking us again.
Common errors and fixes
The app asks for an M3U URL instead
Use the M3U link from the same activation message. It carries the identical login in a different wrapper, and the M3U playlist guide explains what to do with it.
